General Terms and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, features, and content on the gk444 platform. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility
To register with gk444 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Only residents of Bangladesh may register on the gk444 platform. Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
2.2 Registration Process
During registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

- Correct date of birth
- Active mobile number and email address
- Current address
- Payment method details
gk444 reserves the right to cancel any account and forfeit all funds if false or inaccurate information is provided. We may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
Account Security and Confidentiality
3.1 Login Credentials Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your gk444 username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. We will take the necessary steps right away. gk444 is not liable for any loss resulting from improper sharing of login credentials.
3.2 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household address, or IP address. If an attempt to operate multiple accounts from the same device or network is detected, gk444 will place all associated accounts under investigation.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
To deposit funds into gk444, you must be a verified account holder. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and this applies to all payment methods.

You may only use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are prohibited and such transactions will be rejected.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If identity verification is urgently required, this timeframe may be extended slightly.
All bonus wagering requirements on the account must be fulfilled before submitting a withdrawal request. Bonus balances with incomplete wagering will not be eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members at gk444 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To use this bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times (10x).
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. Once a total wager of ৳3,000 × 10 = ৳30,000 is completed, the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Each bonus is applicable only once per account.
- gk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be closed and all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.
- Claiming multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
5.3 VIP Program
The gk444 VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the player's activity and engagement. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday within a set timeframe.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All game outcomes on gk444 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and impartiality. Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers.
If a technical error occurs in any game result, the relevant bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded. gk444 reserves the right to make the final decision in any situation.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. gk444 may change these limits at any time. Special higher limits may apply for VIP members.
6.3 Cricket and Football Betting
Sports betting is available on various events including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and international football. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started (except for live betting).
If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, bets will be settled in accordance with gk444's sports rules. If match-fixing or similar irregularities are suspected, all associated bets will be suspended pending investigation.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk444 platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Attempting to generate artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse)
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using any automated software, bots, or hacking methods
- Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform
- Registering with a false identity or using another person's identity documents
- Depositing or withdrawing using third-party funds
If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, gk444 will permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 gk444's Rights
gk444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete
- Suspicious financial activity or concerns about money laundering
- Instructions from law enforcement agencies or a court order
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
8.2 User's Right to Close Account

Limitation of Liability
gk444 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however liability is limited for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or external factors.
